Kidney cancer: diagnosis, risks and treatment
Kidney cancer is an increasingly diagnosed disease today thanks to modern radiology techniques. This tumor is often found incidentally when a patient performs an abdominal ultrasound, CT or MRI for other reasons. As a result, we obtain a diagnosis of "renal mass" (that is, an unspecified lesion originating from the kidney) that must be thoroughly analyzed by the urologist and then treated.
