Dr. Giancarlo Sandri is a specialist in Food Science. He mainly deals with celiac disease, food allergies, obesity, diabetes and metabolic diseases. Specializing in Food Science at the "Tor Vergata" University of Rome, he obtained other specializations in Hematology, Pediatric Clinic and Internal Medicine. Lecturer in the Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism in Rome, he was also a member of the Scientific Editorial of the periodical "Celiac News" at the Italian Celiac Association. Author of numerous publications in national and international scientific journals, he is also a member of the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism and of the Italian Society of Cynical Nutrition.
